Shebeshxt lost his daughter in a horrific crash

The School that the 9-year-old Shebeshxt's daughter went to took to social media to mourn the death of Onthatile.

The little girl's mother is a long-life partner of the popular SA musician Shebeshxt. Onthatile Gladys Chuene lost her life when her father's car flipped over after colliding with a truck. This all took place near Smelters Mine in Limpopo

The Northen Academy school passed their deepest condolences to the family of the deceased.

"We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Chuene Onthatile, a grade 3 learner loved by many. 8 June 2024 has become a day we will never forget as we lost an angel. We are all deeply affected by this loss.

To Family, friends, and all who knew Onthatile, we extend our heartfelt condolences. We are keeping you all in our prayers during this difficult time." reads the statement.

Videos depicting a child's body were seen lying close to The Tweka hitmaker's Polo Vivo. Some couldn't bear watching. This accident sent shockwaves to South Africa at large.
