CONFIRMED | SuperSport United Reveal Three New Signings
SuperSport United have added three more players to their squad for the 2024/25 season. Previously, the club had announced the arrivals of Ricardo Goss on loan from Mamelodi Sundowns and Nyiko Mobbie on a permanent transfer from the same team. Additionally, Vincent Pule joined on a free transfer from Orlando Pirates, and Pogiso Sanoka was signed from TS Galaxy.

On Thursday, SuperSport United revealed their latest signings: midfielders Brooklyn Poggenpoel and Keanin Ayer, along with goalkeeper Thakasani Mbanjwa. Mbanjwa, who previously played for Moroka Swallows, will strengthen the goalkeeping department, while Poggenpoel, a recent addition from Chippa United, bolsters the midfield.

Ayer brings a wealth of experience, having started at Ghana's Right to Dream Academy and playing across Scandinavia, including time at Varberg with fellow players Luke Le Roux, Ryan Moon, Dean Solomons, and Tashreeq Matthews, as well as in Norway and Denmark. The announcement of these new signings, including Sanoka, coincided with the launch of SuperSport United’s partnership with Honor, South Africa’s rapidly growing smartphone brand, which took place on Tuesday.
